It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy J. Lowe of Columbus, Indiana, who passed away on December 15, 2022, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan E. Lowe and Genet Brewer Lowe; his great grandchild Bently Savage; and his sister-in-law Glenna Lindsay of Texas. He is survived by: his wife Linda E. Lowe of Columbus; his children, Kenneth Lowe (Tracy Conner) of Columbus, Aaron Lowe of Columbus, Patrick Thompson of Columbus and Dena Wood (Scott) of Hope; his grandchildren, Dustin Thompson of Columbus, Ashley Huddleston (John Savage) of Seymour, Chelsey Auxier (Brandon) of Madison, Brandi Adams (Kirk) of Hope and Tracy Toddy of Hope; his siblings, Ivan L. Lowe (Becky) of Columbus, Jerry Lowe of Greensburg, James Lowe (Leah) of Greensburg and Pam Dinsmore (Rusty) of Brown County; and his brother-in-law Greg Franke of Columbus. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be given through the funeral home to the Bartholomew County Humane Society or Epilepsy Foundation of Indiana.
