He is survived by: his children, Glauda Arthur (Steve) of Huntsville, AL, Elma Frye of Birmingham, AL, Billy S. Mullins (Bobbie) of Columbus and Christy Lane of Arab, AL; his grandchildren, John Arthur (April), Brittney Frye, Nathaniel Mullins, Jamie Lane (Brandy) and Cavanaugh Lane; and his siblings, Robert Mullins (Linda) of Seattle, WA and Betty Mullins of Lexington, KY.. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
