She is survived by: her son Montie Polly; her daughter-in-law Kim Polly (Patterson); her grandchildren, Amie Mascara (Matthew), Miranda Forte (Damon), Heather Parrett (Steven), Britney Christopher (Matthew), Lindsey Wallpe (Brandon), Landen Polly, Aiden Mascara, Julianna Forte, Lorenzo Forte, Gavin Mascara, Karson Christopher, Jovie Parrett, Andrew Christopher, Eli Parrett, Emily Christopher, Emmersyn Wallpe and Vivienne Wallpe; and her sisters, Rose Clark, Faye Bickers, Carol East and Kathleen Perry.
