She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Paul Victor and Elizabeth Deitzel Phillips Roush; her husband Robert Bruce Manuel; her daughter Marci; her son-in-law Terry White of Columbia; her son Dean; her daughters-in-law, April Manuel of Brown County, IN and Pam Manuel of Toledo, OH; her grandchildren, Ben White (Andrea), Joey White (Elizabeth), Bekah McDaniel (Todd), Joshua Manuel (Jessie), Nathan Manuel (Kendra), Claire Kreinop, Isaac Manuel (Jessica), Hilary Bryan (Justin), Moses Manuel (Ashley) and Amelia Dickerson (Zachary); her brother Charles Roush (Brenda) of Brown Co; and her sons, James Richard Manuel and Robert Bruce Manuel. She was also cherished by 25 great-grandchildren, she was expecting her 26th great-grandchild.
