She was predeceased by: her mother Janice Carr Renner; her son Nathan Gerald Fields; her grandson Hunter Fields; and her sister Cindy George. She is survived by: her father Ralph L. Renner of Columbus; her husband Timmy G. Fields of Columbus; her children, Wendell Fields (Jennifer) of Columbus, Timmy J. Fields (Jami) of Columbus, Shawn Fields (Sarah) of Columbus and Kendra Fields of Columbus; her grandchildren, Austin Fields, Josie Fields, Jazmine Fields, Andrew Fields, Dylan Fields and Maylynn Fields; her brother Brian Renner of Columbus; and her nieces, Rachel and Courtney Rager.
The family request that in lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be given through the funeral home to the family.
