She was predeceased by: her husband Alfred Ferguson; her daughter Dorothy; and her brother Robert Wallace. She is survived by: her siblings, Charlotte Battin (Jim), Mary Morford and Bruce Wallace (Cindy). She is also survived by six nieces.

Memorial contributions may be made to Just Friends Adult Day Services, 900 Lindsey Street, Columbus, Indiana 47201 where she spent many happy days in her later years or to Bartholomew County Humane Society, 4415 E. 200 S, Columbus, Indiana 47201.
