Chalfant and Frances Warren Chalfant; her husband Donald Lee Otte; her brother Paul Chalfant of Wilmington, Delaware; her sister-in-law Nancy Chalfant of Newark, Delaware; her niece Renee Baker (Robert) of Middletown, Delaware; and her nephews, Scott Chalfant of Newark and Matthew Chalfant (Melanie) of Wilmington, Delaware.
