He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeanette Bailey and Robert Bailey; and his sister Roxanne Dahlin. He is survived by: his fiancé Edie Yarber; his sons, James Bailey-Smith (Emily) and Devan Sparks; and his siblings, Beth Ann Peagler, Robert Bailey Jr. (Bobby) and Daniel Ray (April). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and many grandchildren.
