She is survived by: her parents, Audrey Burchett Smith and Steve Shively; her stepfather Steve Smith of Columbus; her son Loy Bassett of Madison, Indiana; her grandmother Sharon Burchett of Madison, Indiana; her sister Amanda Smith (Phillip) of Columbus; her uncle Jim; and her aunts, Lori Burchett of Brownstown and Lisa Lumpford of Madison, Indiana.
The family asks that memorial contributions be made to the Valley Home Old Regular Baptist Cemetery.
