He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Winters and Anna Winters (Haas); his wife Dolores Winters; his grandchildren, Brant Winters and Justin Hostetler; and his siblings, George Winters, Charles Winters, Loretta Doerr and Della Evans.
He is survived by: his son David; his daughter-in-law Nancy Winters; his daughters, Sharon (Tom Brockhaus) and Tami (Brent Drew); his grandchildren, Janice Harker (Warren), Dede Dankelson (Darin), Mark Winters (Colleen), Craig Winters (Christina Winer), Gia Herron (Cory) and Dane Drew; and his great grandchildren, Haley, Zack, Lexi, Peter, Jacob, Elle, Kate, Coban and Kade.
Memorial donations may be given in Bill's memory to Children's Craniofacial Association (CCA) or the Alzheimer's Association.
