Hartzell; his children, Ashley Anglin of Columbia City and Tyler Anglin (Amanda) of Crawfordsville; his stepdaughter Kara Preston (Travis) of Columbia City; his stepfather James A. Gambrell of Columbia City; his brother Trenton Anglin of Columbia City; his stepsiblings, Timothy Gambrell (Susie) of Columbia City and Jennifer Hankins (Jamie) of Paris, KY.; his mother Carol R. Gambrell (Noll); and his stepsister Kelly F. Clark.
