He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Denihan and Diane Denihan (Baker). He is survived by: his wife Connie Denihan (Ware); his son William; his daughter-in-law Jennifer Denihan; his daughter Katie Denihan; and his siblings, Marianne Jehl (Pat) and Pat Denihan (Patty). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
