He is survived by: his wife Mavelen; his children, Thomas W. Woodruff Jr. (Jenny) of Hudson, Andrew D. Woodruff (Candice) of Columbia City, Heather M. Potts (Dale) of Butler, Sherrie Renfrow (Thomas) of Garrett and Elizabeth L. Woodruff of Columbia City; and his sisters, Ruth Kinnally (Ed) of Payne, OH, Barbara Kapelka of Charlotte, NC and Alice Weir of Laotto.
