He was predeceased by: his mother Willa Mae "Petey" Atkinson (Ditton). He is survived by: his children, Trevor Franklin (Ivy), Kaylie Stier, John Franklin (Madison Abbott), Amber Franklin and Ty Foster; his grandchildren, William, Addiesons, Jameson and Remi; his father Thomas Franklin, Sr.; his former wife Sheila Franklin; his siblings, Kelly Franklin, Shane Franklin, Mike Franklin and Tim Atkinson; and also Christine Crouch.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations toward his final expenses, in care of DeMoney-Grimes.
