He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Hull and Eva Hull (Hamman). He is survived by: his wife Joyce Brown; his children, Jacob Hull (MacKenna), Jordan Hull and Jaylen Hendrickson (Andrew); his granddaughter Rylee Hull; his brother Jeff Hull; his mother-in-law Karen Alexander; and his sisters-in-law, Julie Nordman (Jay) and Jennifer Hodges (Thor). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made in Terry's name to The American Cancer Society.
