Stella L. Woods Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 1, 2025, at the age of 68, Stella L. Woods of Columbia City, Indiana passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Stella L. Woods to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Merl Hyndman and Mary Hyndman (Davis); her son Jacob Lortie; her siblings, Wanda White, Sharon Julian and Thomas Hyndman; and her siblings-in-law, Kathy Hyndman and Chuck Julian.
She is survived by: her husband Jay Woods, Jr. of Columbia City; her children, Jeremy White of Columbia City, Joshua Lortie (Lyn Wolfe) of Fort Wayne and Jessica Beachy (Eric) of Huntington; her stepson Jay Garrison of Muncie; and her brother Clarence "Clancy" Hyndman (Hope) of Columbia City. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the DeMoney Grimes Funeral Home (600 Countryside Dr, Columbia City, IN 46725). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions in memory of Stella may be made to DeMoney Grimes towards final expenses.
