He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellis Waggoner and Lillian Waggoner; his daughter Deborah K. Waggoner; and his brother Richard. He is survived by: his wife Julie Waggoner; his sons, Rick and Gary; and his nieces, Cheri Knake, Tamara Amberg and Kim Rushing.
A funeral service was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Covington Memorial Funeral Home (8408 Covington Rd, Fort Wayne, IN 46804).
