He is survived by: his mother Mary Ellen Strack (Fox); his brother Tom; his sister-in-law Loretta Strack; his sister Cynthia Berghoff (Jay Miller); his nieces and nephews, Ryan McCammon (Kara), Rod Strack (Gina), Rachelle Patrick and Jennifer Strack (James Davis); his great-nephews, Hunter, Ethan, Lewis, Eli and Reed; and his great-niece Claudia.

Memorial donations may be given in memory toward Masses at St. Patrick's Catholic Church or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
