He is survived by: his wife Ruth Hile of Columbia City; his children, Mark Hile of Columbia City and Jennifer Button (Ken) of Columbia City; his grandchildren, Chasity Fralick (Toby), Avery Hile (Quentin Furney), Courtney Grubbs (Ethan), Emilee Button, Bryana Button and Aubrey Hile; his great grandchildren, Hadley and Emery Fralick; and his sister Muriel McNeal (Ron) of Fort Wayne.
