He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul F. Fields and Elizabeth Fields. He is survived by: his children, Paul F. Fields III of Fishers, IN and Brooke Mills (Kyle) of Fort Wayne, IN; his granddaughter Hadley Mills; and his sister Angel Vinson.
