He was predeceased by: his parents, C. Walter Cox and Bertha Cox (Buffenburger); his wife Joann Cox; and his brother Harold Cox. He is survived by: his children, Morris Cox of Columbia City, Daniel Cox (Collene) of Columbia City, Mary Schrader (Brent) of Columbia City, Andrew "Andy" Cox (Betty) of Columbia City and Dean Cox (Connie) of Columbia City; and his sister Lavonne Smith. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and 35 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-granddaughter; and many nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be given in memory to the family, in care of DeMoney-Grimes.
