He is survived by: his wife Jody Willems of Columbia City; his children, Mary Willems-Akers (Andrew) of Fort Wayne, Jason Cunefare (Christa Beber) of Fort Wayne, Lindsey Bishir (Al) of Marion and Heather Larr (Erik) of Markle; his siblings, Jennifer Willems of Peoria, Christopher Willems (Lora) of Canute, OK and Richard Willems (Lisa) of Roanoke; and his mother-in-law Judy Bornstein of Valparaiso. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren.
