She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerry W. Salter and Carolyn Kay Salter (Johnston). She is survived by: her children, Heather M. Lewis of Fort Wayne and John Fairchild of Columbia City; and her siblings, Angela Eckert (Kreg) of Roanoke and Joshua Salter (Carrie) of Huntington. She is also survived by five grandchildren.
