He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Lepley and Pauline Lepley (Reckard); his wife Kay L. Lancaster; and his siblings, Guy Lepley, Wilbur Lepley, Richard Lepley and Wanda Deininger.
He is survived by: his children, Erin Evans (Randy) of Warsaw and Blake Lepley (Darla) of Columbia City; his grandchildren, Alexis Grossman (Charles), Sam Lepley (Bri Stidham) and Emma Van Curen (Jagger); and his great grandchildren, Maggie, Trella and Edward Grossman.
