Johnston of Columbia City, Indiana; his children, Jeremy P. Johnston of Monroeville, Indiana, Kayla Jones (Tristan) of Columbia City, Indiana, Samantha Coffelt (Braden) of Columbia City, Indiana and Tabitha Barcus of Columbia City, Indiana; his brother Ricky L. Johnston (Charlene) of New Haven, Indiana; and his grandchildren, Madison of Monroeville, Mackenzie Johnston of Monroeville and Rivington Jones of Columbia City. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
