He was predeceased by: his father Dale Coffelt, Sr. (Kevin). He is survived by: his mother Barbara Boyd (Orr); his daughters, Cathleen Mathena and Sara Townsend; his grandmother Nadine Orr; and his siblings, Dale Coffelt, Jr., Roger Coffelt and Abby Wigent (Jody). He is also survived by one granddaughter and several nieces and nephews.
