Fowler; his close friend Lisa; his son Derrek Link (Whitney) of New Haven; his stepsons, Jeffery Dyer of Fort Wayne and Michael Dyer (Michelle) of Fort Wayne; and his brothers, Dennis Creech (Ester) of Columbia City, Rick Creech (Diana) of Leesburg, Jackie Herbert of Columbia City and Larry Creech (Liane) of Columbia City. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
