She was predeceased by: her mother Virginia R. Neely (Orick); her sister Lesa Stone; and her stepmother Janie Neely. She is survived by: her father Tony G. Neely (Ava); her husband Matt Espich; her daughters, Emily Hare (Wes) and Natalie Leedy (Jason); and her grandchildren, Dalton, Avery, Ellie, Lucy and Lillian. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations may be given in memory to Cancer Services of Northeast Indiana or to Whitley County Humane Society.
