She is survived by: her siblings, Phyllis Reed (Tom) of Columbia City, Rick McIntosh of Columbia City, Alger "Doc" McIntosh (Shelley) of Columbia City, Ray McIntosh (Helen) of Syracuse and Donna LaFollette of Columbia City, Indiana; her sister-in-law Vicky McIntosh of Columbia City, Indiana; and her aunt Hazel Thompson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews; cousins.
