He is survived by: his wife Marian L. Bollinger of Columbia City; his children, Kristine A. Ferguson (Ron) of Fort Wayne, Kevin E. Bollinger (Diane) of Columbia City, Kurtis L. Bollinger of Columbia City, Klinton J. Bollinger (Addie Piatt) of Columbia City and Klayton P. Bollinger (Margie) of Wabash; his grandchildren, Alisha Treece, Samantha Shively (Robert), Kenyon K. Bollinger, Jonathon Bollinger, Dr. Cory Ferguson (Ariana), Cody Ferguson, Kaleb Bollinger, MaKayla Bollinger and Keith Bollinger; his great grandchildren, Dillon, Karter, Carlie Thompson, Charleigh Townsend, Savannah Autumn, Ebony Shively, Brantlee Striggle and Levi Shively; his sisters, Alice Bohnstedt of Columbia City and Wanda Friesen; and his sister-in-law Velva Bollinger of Marion.
