She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford V. Schlatter and Lucille B. Schlatter (Yurkovic); her daughter-in-law Laura Case; and her brothers, Roger Schlatter and Duane Schlatter.
She is survived by: her husband John Stieren; her children, Deb Lipply (Kim), Ron Case (Lana), Lorrie Case, Tim Case, Sue Lowen, Chris Case (Frank Shepersky) and Tom Case (Lisa); and her siblings, Donna Young and Lynn Schlatter. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made out to John Stieren for the family to decided on a memorial fund in Joanne's memory.
