He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E. Reavis and Joan Reavis (Breisch); and his brother Douglas Reavis. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Reavis of Columbia City; his daughters, Ashley Reavis (Shawn Ard) of Columbia City and Jessica Greene (Scott) of Phoenix, AZ; his grandchildren, Ezra, Jonah, Gianna and Sophia; his nephew Travis Reavis of Fort Wayne; and his sister-in-law Christine Reavis of Columbia City.
