With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jeannine Slavicek (Columbia City, Indiana), who passed away on February 9, 2023 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her husband Laddie Slavicek; her daughter Lorinda; her son-in-law Kevin Anderson of Stevensville, Michigan; her son Ken; her daughter-in-law Michelle Slavicek of Columbia City, Indiana; her grandchildren, Chelsea Anderson, Paige Frandsen (Trace), Connor Slavicek and Kennedy Ormsby (Gary); her great grandchild Clementine; her brother Dennis; and her siblings-in-law, Marie Swank, Jennie and Richard Plawecki.
Memorial donations may be given in memory to Indiana State Library's Talking Book & Braille Library for the audio books that Jeannine enjoyed listening to when her eye sight started to fade. Donations may be mailed to DeMoney-Grimes Funeral Home, 600 Countryside Dr., Columbia City, Indiana 46725.
