Warner of Fort Wayne, Jennifer Patrick (Cory) of Larwill and Brenton Litherland of Chicago, IL; her mother Beverly Chaney of Columbia City; her siblings, Shirley Pence (Tom) of Wabash and James Slemp (Christy) of Sarasota, FL; and her niece Hayley Pence of Fort Wayne. She is also survived by many cousins and close friends.
