He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold F. Kyler and Carrie J. Kyler (Evard); his close friend Cricket; and his siblings, Richard, David, Harold F. Kyler Jr., Mary Phillips and Viola Bird.

He is survived by: his pet Edsel.
