Jack D. Smith Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 25, 2022, at the age of 87, Jack D. Smith of Columbia City, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Noel A. Smith and C. Leona Smith (Ferrell); his wife Marie Smith; his son Bill Smith; his siblings, Beverly Ann Juillerat and Ed Smith; and his son-in-law Marshall Dadisman.
He is survived by: his children, Diane Dadisman, Jeff Smith (Jen) and Judy Vanderford (Jim); his brother Doral Smith (Helen); and his sisters-in-law, Shirley Smith, Bonnie Gillum and Wanda Hine. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be given in his memory to Masses or St. Catherine's Church Building Fund.
