He was predeceased by: his parents, Elvin Binkley and Peggy Binkley (Ward); and his brother Jim Binkley. He is survived by: his wife Carole Binkley of Warsaw; his children, Angie Pletcher (Gene) of Larwill, Polly Behm (David) of Columbia City and Brent Binkley (Dalene) of Warsaw; and his sister-in-law Joan Binkley of Fort Wayne. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.
