She was predeceased by: her parents, Auldo Dwight and Mary Cora Creviston (Smith); her former husband Lloyd Mauk; her husband Anthony Treece; her son Lawrence Mauk; her sisters, Donna, Mary and Barb Creviston; her grandsons, Brandon Treece and Gregory Wayne Treece Jr.; and her brother-in-law Charles Treece.
She is survived by: her son Lewis Mauk of Columbia City; her stepchildren, Kathy Heinfeld, Gregory Treece, Teresa McCoy, Evette Mosquera and Alex Treece; her grandchildren, Amy Treece, Samantha Kneller, Mickila Heinfeld, Amber Heinfeld, Todd Steigerwald, Jessica Pletcher, Steven Kneller, Corey Wilcox and Heather Jones; and her sisters, June Smith of Goshen and Ruth Grim of Rochester.
