He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Moyer and Virginia Moyer (Bacon) of New Haven, IN; and his siblings, Steve Moyer (MaryJo) and Janet Garner. He is survived by: his wife Jeannine Moyer (Coffee); his children, Janen Moyer of Boca Raton, FL, Tami Britton (Ron) of New Haven, IN and Joe Moyer of Fort Wayne, IN; his grandchildren, Miriah Simpson (Jacob), Sierra Pesso, Saige Pesso, Jacob Britton (Victoria) and Jarod Britton; and his siblings, Michael Moyer (Denise), Rick Moyer, John Moyer (Jan), Rose Moyer and MaryKay Yoder. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for memorials to be made to Turnstone Center for Disabled Children and Adults.
