She was predeceased by: her parents, John W. Sr. Phillips and Mary Phillips (Kelly); her husbands, Mike Underwood and Homer Neeley; and her brothers, Donald Phillips, James Phillips, Robert "Bob" Phillips, Wiemann Phillips and Ronnie Phillips.
She is survived by: her brother John; her sister-in-law Mary Phillips; and her sister Gloria Zumbrun. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be given in memory to National Kidney Foundation. Donations may be mailed to DeMoney-Grimes Funeral Home, 600 Countryside Dr., Columbia City.
