He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Williams and Helen Williams (DeWert); and his granddaughter Breanna Williams. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ann Rhoades; his children, Donald E. Williams, Jr. (Patricia) of Larwill, Tyson W. Williams (Lisa) of Warsaw and Kathryn N. Kincaid (Nicholas Dexter) of Fort Wayne; his sister Anita Fletcher of Hudson, FL; and his half-sister Linda Sorg of Hoagland.
