She is survived by: her children, Kirk E. Hively (Sandy Raleigh) of Green Valley, AZ, Kimberly R. Helman (Glenn Smith) of Columbia City and Gary W. Hively of Columbia City; her grandchildren, Kalan (Loren Dickman), Nathan Hively, Derek Hively (Angela Porter), Emily Hyser (Patrick), Rachel Helman (Cameron Logan) and Anna Goodman; and her great grandchildren, Christopher Logan, Abigail Hyser, Remington Logan, Kaden Hively, Everett Hyser and Micah Hively.
Memorials in Jean's honor are to the Alzheimer's Association.
