He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Stangland and Waundean Stangland (Hile); and his brother Glenn Stangland. He is survived by: his wife Jodi Stangland of Columbia City; his sons, Travis Stangland (Ashley) of Alexandria and Craig Stangland (Lindsey) of Auburn; his grandchildren, Adilinn, Elliana, Andrew, Parker and Sadie; and his siblings, Norm Stangland (Kathleen Eyia) of Reed City and Kathy Stangland-Bleeke (Mark) of Fort Wayne.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, March 23rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Eagle's Nest Event Center (125 S Eagle Glen Trail, Columbia City, IN 46725).
Memorial contributions in memory of Dean may be made to Boomerang Backpacks or Stillwater Hospice.
