It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte Rachel Herriott of Columbia City, Indiana, born in Delaware, Ohio, who passed away on October 25, 2023, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Fraker (Willeen) and Helen Fraker-Gordon (Dick); and her brothers, Eric and Steve Fraker. She is survived by: her husband Reggie Herriott; her daughters, Jennifer Patrick (Mike) and Amy Herriott (Jamie Harvey); her grandson Titan Patrick; her pet Carl; and her brothers, Dean Fraker (Kathie Murphy Saunier) and Larry Fraker (Linda). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be given in memory to the Dementia Society of America.
