She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Conrad and LaVerda R. Shearer (Heinfeld); her stepson Forrest W. Small, Jr.; and her brother-in-law Dean Mullet. She is survived by: her husband Forrest Wayne Small; her stepdaughters, Michelle Krock of Logansport and Tina Logan of Royal Center; and her siblings, Stephen Shearer (Janet) and Judy Mullett of Columbia City.
