She was predeceased by: her mother Helen McKinney (Beuker); her brother Gary McKinney; and her nephew Austin McKinney. She is survived by: her father Leonard McKinney; her husband Tom Davis; her children, Jessica Davis, John Davis, Jason Davis and Sophie Hammel; her granddaughter Ziyah May Davis Best; and her siblings, Colleen Brown, Diana Shoemaker, Jeanette Wise (Mike), Elizabeth Stelljes (Keith), Trudy White (Lenny), Dan McKinney (Laura), Ed McKinney (Rhonda) and Brad McKinney (Kara).
A rosary was held on Sunday, December 1st 2024 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the DeMoney-Grimes Funeral Home (600 Countryside Dr, Columbia City, IN 46725). Visitation was held on Sunday, December 1st 2024 from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM and on Monday, December 2nd 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Patrick Catholic Church of Arcola (12305 Arcola Rd, Fort Wayne, IN 46818).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made for Bonnie's granddaughter, Ziyah May Davis Best education fund, with checks made payable to Jessica Davis, Masses at St. Patrick Arcola or Cancer Services of Northeast Indiana.
