She was predeceased by: her parents, Bert Johnson and Kathryn Johnson (Sumner); her husband Clyde E. Crutchfield; her son Clyde E. Crutchfield, Jr.; and her siblings, James L. Johnson, Carol Parks and Paula Nagle.
She is survived by: her son Howard Crutchfield of Alva, FL; her grandchildren, Tim Crutchfield (Amanda) of Columbia City, Julie Sparks (Donald) of Columbia City and Melanie Nolan (Daniel) of Fort Wayne; her great great grandchild Layla; her sisters, Janice Johnson of Columbia City, Anna Lawman (Steve) of Lauren, IL and Karen Reed of Alabama; and her half-brother Robert Reed (Helen) of Columbia City.
Preferred memorials are to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
