She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Harold Wherry and Mabel Wherry (Hickman); her children, Gregory Walker (Lynn), Susan Wood (Jerry) and Douglas Walker (Amber); her grandchildren, Dr. Lauren Walker (Ryan Lord), Ian Walker, Allison Schnelker (Stuart), Grant Wood (Chelsey), Samantha Hinen (Derek), Colin Wood, Lucas Walker and Garett Walker; her great grandchildren, Rowen, Harper, Sullivan and Sawyer; her husband Jerry Walker; and her brothers, Phillip Wherry and Richard Wherry.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given in her memory to Riley Hospital for Children for childhood cancer.
