She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon Cummins and Hollace Cummins (Clark); and her brother Lowell "Jack" Cummins. She is survived by: her sons, Jerry R. Green (Chris) of South Whitley, Tracy J. Green (Phoebe) of South Whitley and Kent G. Green; and her sister Jean Meyer of Toledo, Ohio.. She is also survived by four grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren.
