She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Dalton and Beulah Dalton (Lake); her husband Paul Bills; her children, Randy Bills and Laurie LaRue Caudill; her siblings, Josie Nester, Grace Loe, Janeile Ternet and Wayne Dalton; and her granddaughter Cora M. Bills Caudill.
She is survived by: her children, Nova Richards (David) and Denny Bills; her son-in-law Wayne Caudill; and her brother Delmar "Joe" Dalton. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
